Seeds4Success (S4S) is a contractor with The Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR). DVR provides employment services to individuals with disabilities who want to work but experience barriers to work because of a disability. A DVR counselor works with each person to develop a customized plan of services designed to help them reach their employment goal. “Seeds4Sucess delivering the DVR services have been so much more than a source of “you can do it.” Discovering actual specifics regarding my disability and help adapting my learning/training has rocketed me towards meaningful, personal to me excellence in my new dream job. The coaching and advocacy has truly made that happen. (I am) so grateful to have this treasure of a service on island and so generous to me.”

"Each handicap is like
a hurdle in a steeplechase,
and when you ride up to it,
if you throw your heart over,
the horse will go along, too."
